Once you’ve signed up, we take a good look at your business. What’s working & what isn’t. We consider all aspects of your business including the following:

·    What type of marketing are you currently doing.  Is it working, where is it working.  Look at different low-cost methods of increasing your footprint.

Our Workshops are designed around challenges that are faced by real business people.  The people that make our economy tick.  We know your time is precious and therefore we keep the courses as concise as possible and we will even deliver the courses and seminars over weekends or in the evening if there is a need.  We cover topics like how do I read my financial statements, what is the bank looking for when I apply for a loan.  What government grants are out there.  Workshops would include drawing up a professional business plan and we work through every aspect of this living document with online software that you can use at any time.  We are always open to suggestions but our courses are always contemporary and current.

Marketing isn’t an advertisement. It’s a strategic plan to target a specific customer or client.  We take what we have learned from the Mi-Business Audit Section and here we physically do the work with you.  We will design new flyers, mass e-mails all aligned with the business image we want to project.  We can arrange halls for mass meetings at almost no charge (local government venues).  There is much that goes into a marketing plan and we will take you through it step by step working on only the most important aspects so we can save you time.

Any other service you, need or if you can offer it, speak to us, we are always happy to have another service on board but please remember, it must be designed for small to medium business and must absolutely be at a reduced rate and keep in mind the challenges that these businesses face.
